America the richest country in the world, there is lot of poor people who cannot afford the basic needs. The new comers are the worst. Poverty is growing every days. Low-income people have no access many social, economical benefits. Fees charge by the professional such as lawyers and accountant are too high. So if these populations are educated and empowered the right tool to their jobs that needs less professional help they would be self-sufficient.
